  • 2015, Beta release of the ïPDQ 11 measurement suite with our partners  Gennadi Bersuker and Max Steger
  • 2014-2015, Deployment of the Mammoth (MET-4885) line of production and engineering magnetic test systems.
  • 2013, Release of exclusive Metawafer ï-products--the intelligent test products, ïPDQ 10,  ïSDR, and ïRDA, designed for modern technologies and native multi-vendor support.
  • 2013, Appointment of Caltron PTE LTD (Singapore) as our Asian Distributor (sales & support) of our semiconductor test products.
  • 2012-2013, Cooperative relationship with SEMATECH to rewrite and redevelop classical reliability suites for modern technologies (60nm and below). Verification on-site at SEMATECH Albany under SEMATECH leader Gennadi Bersuker.
  • 2012-13, Deployment of Phobos parallel line of magnetic system testers for high-volume testing of disc heads.
  • 2011, THYÏLEA rebranded as Metawafer Technologies.
  • 2011, THYÏLEA hires key development and support engineers formerly from Core Wafer Systems for PDQ and ASUR products.
  • 2011-2012, Significant code review and enhancements to Core Wafer Systems products. Initial enhancements and re-verification of classical suite and tools. 
  • 2011, Metawafer purchases perpetual rights from Core Wafer Systems to sell their product catalog as well as owning rights to any derivative work.
  • 2009-2011, Principal R&D consultant for Core Wafer Systems',  chiefly PDQ-WLR, ASUR PDR, ASUR-SDR, and ASUR-RDA for 90nm technologies.
  • 2009, THYÏLEA (later reformed as Metawafer Technologies) founded by Louis DeAncona, formally worldwide reliability manager for Agilent Technologies.
